Text

The section of State Highway 167 beginning at the north edge of Bird Creek extending north to State Highway 266 in Rogers County shall be designated as the "Lawrence Moylan Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
