The section of U.S. Highway 70 By-Pass in Idabel beginning at the intersection of State Highway 37 extending north to the intersection of Northwest Texas Street in McCurtain County shall be designated as the "Larry Brinkley Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
