Text
Recipient Memorial Highway. The section of State Highway 66 in Stroud beginning at the intersection of North 3550 Road extending east to U.S. Highway 377 in Lincoln County shall be designated as the "SGT Earl Roy "Pete" Lester, Jr. Purple Heart Recipient Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
