Text

The section of U.S. Highway 64 beginning at the intersection of South 25th Street East in Keefeton, extending southeasterly to the intersection of U.S. Highway 64 and East 128th Street South in Muskogee County shall be designated as the "SFC Theodore Emmett Lowery Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
