Text

The section of U.S. Highway 70 beginning at Magnolia Street extending northeasterly to the intersection of Brody’s Way and U.S. Highway 70 in Bryan County shall be designated as the “Manuel “Pop” and Mary Ruth Russell Memorial Highway”. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
