KIA Iraq, Memorial Highway. The section of U.S. Highway 60 beginning at the intersection of South Kamo Drive extending northeasterly through Vinita to the west side of the Will Rogers Turnpike entrance in Craig County shall be designated as the "Bronze Star Recipient Marine Sgt. Justin Lee Noyes, KIA Iraq, Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
