Text

The bridge over the Spring/Neosho River on U.S. Highway 60 near Wyandotte in Ottawa County shall be designated as the "Mitchell Earls and Billy Stratton Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.
