Text

The section of U.S. Highway 64 beginning at the northern municipal limits of Cherokee extending north to the intersection of State Highway 11 in Alfalfa County shall be designated as the "Loyd Stout Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
