House of Representatives Memorial Highway. The section of State Highway 64 between Muskogee and Keefeton shall be designated the “Representative Jim L. Barker, Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives Memorial Highway”. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway bearing that name.
