Text

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the section of State Highway 53 beginning at the intersection of Midway Road extending east through the community of Milo to the intersection of Woodford Road in Carter County shall be designated as the "Creede Speake, Jr. Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
