Text

The section of U.S. Highway 64 beginning at the intersection of E 1040 Road extending northerly to the intersection of E 128th Street in Muskogee County shall be designated as the "County Commissioner Roy Rains Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
