Text

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the section of State Highway 28A in Rogers County beginning at the intersection of State Highway 66 near the Town of Foyil, extending east to the intersection of State Highway 28, then continuing east to the Interstate 44 interchange in Mayes County shall be designated as the "CSM Junior H. Honeycutt Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
