Text

The bridge over Flat Creek on State Highway 34 located approximately one-half (0.5) mile north of West Madison Avenue near the town of Carter in Beckham County shall be designated as the "U.S. Army PFC Keith N. Cantrell Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.
