Text

The bridge located on State Highway 34 over the Salt Fork of the Red River, south of Mangum, in Greer County shall be designated as the "James Amos Callins Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.
