Text
Memorial Highway. The section of State Highway 37 beginning one (1) mile west of the intersection of State Highway 92 extending east through the town of Tuttle two and one-half (2 1/2) miles in Grady County shall be designated as the "Thelma "Chincie" Ross WWII Chickasaw Code Talker Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
