Text

The section of U.S. Highway 64 Business beginning at W 23rd Street South extending north to the intersection of W Southside Boulevard in the City of Muskogee in Muskogee County shall be designated as the "Councilwoman Avalon Reece Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
