Text

Highway. The section of State Highway 54 beginning at the Custer County – Washita County line extending southerly to the intersection with State Highway 54B in Washita County shall be designated as the "Deputy Sheriff Clifford Phillip Payne Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
