Text
Jerry E. Roop, S2c Donald G. Loe and AM1 J.D. Barnes Memorial Highway. The portion of U.S. Highway 59 in LeFlore County beginning at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and State Highway 128 in Heavener extending north two (2) miles shall be designated as the "Pearl Harbor Survivors: CBM Doyle E. Winters, BM1c Jerry E. Roop, S2c Donald G. Loe and AM1 J.D. Barnes Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
