Memorial Highway. The portion of State Highway 31 in Pittsburg County beginning at the intersection of State Highway 31 and 9th Street in McAlester extending east approximately four and one-half (4.5) miles to the intersection of State Highway 31 and Adamson Road shall be designated as the "Col Noble A. Miller, USAF – WWII, Korea and Vietnam, Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
