Text

Highway. The portion of State Highway 33 in Payne County beginning at the Cimarron River in southwest Payne County and extending east to the junction of State Highway 33 and U.S. Highway 177 shall be designated as the "Jennifer Lea Briggs and Heather Wilson Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
