Text

Highway. The section of State Highway 78 in Johnston County beginning at the junction of State Highway 78 and County Road N3590 extending east to the western city limits of Milburn shall be designated as the "Army T/Sgt. Yancy B. Kite, KIA WWII, Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
