Text

Adkinson III Memorial Highway. The section of State Highway 7 beginning at the intersection of State Highway 65 in Comanche County and extending eastward to the intersection of U.S. Highway 81 in Stephens County shall be designated as the "Army Ranger Staff Sgt. Vinson Bryon "Trinity" Adkinson, III Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
