Memorial Highway. The portion of Interstate 35 from the junction of Interstate 35 and Indian Hills Road extending south to junction of Interstate 35 and State Highway 9 West shall be designated as the “Dr. James E. and Representative Mina M. Hibdon Memorial Highway”. Pursuant to the provisions of Title 69 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway bearing that name.
