Bridge. The bridge on State Highway 270 south of Wister, Oklahoma, shall be designated the “Private First Class Curtis Herman Bullard Memorial Bridge”. Private Bullard was born October 12, 1945, and was killed in action in Pleiku Province, Vietnam, on June 20, 1966. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the bridge bearing that name.
