State Highway 127. State Highway 127, starting at the intersection of State Highway 127 and State Highway 20 near Jay extending approximately thirteen (13.0) miles to the intersection of State Highway 127 and State Highway 10, shall be designated as the “Sam Fields Memorial Highway”. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway bearing the name.
