Arrow Expressway. State Highway 51, starting at the intersection of State Highway 51 and State Highway 75 in Tulsa County extending to the city limits of Coweta in Wagoner County shall be designated as the "Broken Arrow Expressway". The Oklahoma Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway bearing the name.
