as Victor Wickersham Memorial Bridge. The bridge across the north fork of the Red River, between the Greer and Kiowa county line on State Highway 44 shall be known as the “Victor Wickersham Memorial Bridge”, and the Department of Transportation shall cause it to be appropriately marked to memorialize the services and contributions of the Honorable Representative Victor Wickersham.
