Happy Camp Memorial Highway. State Highway 74 within the borders of Garfield County shall be designated the "John N. Happy Camp Memorial Highway" in respect for this joyous practitioner of representative government. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway bearing his name.
