Highways 82 and 10 as the POW-MIA Memorial Highway. U.S. Highway 62 and State Highways 82 and 10 from the junction of U.S. Highway 62 and State Highways 82 and 10 north to the Bertha Parker Bypass junction located south of the city of Tahlequah in Cherokee County shall be designated as the "POW-MIA Memorial Highway" as a lasting memorial and remembrance of the sacrifice made by America's service men and women. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway bearing the name.
