County as the Thomas D. Peace Memorial Highway. State Highway 101 in Sequoyah County from Highway 64B to the Arkansas state line shall be designated as the "Thomas D. Peace Memorial Highway" as a lasting memorial to the outstanding leadership and public service of Thomas D. Peace, former Commissioner of Health. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway bearing the name.
