Text

Belew Memorial Highway. State Highway 20 from Salina to approximately one (1) mile west of Salina shall be designated the "Carl Belew Memorial Highway" as a lasting memorial to the great songwriter from Salina. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway bearing said name and designating Salina as the birthplace of Carl Belew.
