the Hugh Warren Memorial Highway. State Highway 99 in Pontotoc County shall be designated the "Hugh Warren Memorial Highway" as a lasting memorial to the outstanding leadership and public service of Hugh Warren, former Chairman of the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway bearing said name.
