the Roger Miller Memorial Highway. Interstate Highway 40-Business from westbound exit number 11 on Interstate Highway 40 west near Erick to State Highway 30 shall be designated the "Roger Miller Memorial Highway" as a lasting tribute to the "King of the Road" Roger Miller, a favorite son from Erick. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway bearing said name.
