S.Highway 77 as the James C. Nance Bridge. The bridge between Purcell and Lexington, on U.
S.Highway 77, shall be known as "The James C. Nance Bridge", and the Department shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the bridge bearing such name and an appropriate designation to memorialize the public services and contributions of the Honorable James C. Nance.
