McCullough Bridge. The bridge across the Red River, between Harris, Oklahoma, and DeKalb, Texas, shall be known as "The D.
I.McCullough Bridge", as an expression of appreciation of the people of the State of Oklahoma for a life of dedication to public service, and the Department shall cause it to be appropriately marked to memorialize the services and contributions of the Honorable D.
