Text

From and after the effective date of this act, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to construct or establish any facility which would be in violation of the terms of this act and such would be a public nuisance, and provided further, that if any such person, firm or corporation did so establish such a facility in violation hereof, no state or federal funds would be used in any manner for the purpose of screening, moving or removing said nuisance. When the Department shall determine that any junkyard or scrap metal processing facility is not fenced or screened as required by this act, the person, firm or corporation operating the junkyard or scrap metal processing facility shall be notified of such violation and the manner in which compliance with this act is required.
