§ 43-551-316 — Role of law enforcement.

ROLE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT At the request of a district attorney acting under Section 37 of this act, a law enforcement officer may take any lawful action reasonably necessary to locate a child or a party and assist the district attorney with responsibilities under Section 37 of this act.
