§ 43-551-309 — Service of petition and order.

SERVICE OF PETITION AND ORDER Except as otherwise provided in Section 33 of this act, the petition and order shall be served upon the respondent and any person who has physical custody of the child in the manner provided in Section 2004 of Title 12 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
