Text
Assessment against nonprevailing party. Costs incurred in a child support enforcement case in which a party is represented by an office operated by or for the benefit of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services shall be recorded by the court clerk. The reasonable costs may be assessed by the court against the nonprevailing party at the conclusion of the proceedings.
