§ 43-125 — Validation of decrees annulling marriage or granting
Oklahoma·Title 43 Marriage And Family
divorce. A judgment or decree, heretofore rendered by a court having jurisdiction of the parties, annulling a marriage and/or granting a divorce, on the grounds that one of the parties had been previously married and divorced and said divorce decree had not become final, is hereby validated.
