Text
certain charges on court-controlled website.
A.No court clerk shall publish on a court-controlled website any document in a case that contains a charge involving rape, sodomy, sex crimes, sexual images, lewd or indecent conduct, pornography, child abuse or neglect, domestic abuse, kidnapping, extortion of a vulnerable victim, human trafficking or similar offenses including, but not limited to, those in Sections 644, 741, 843.1, 843.5, 885, 886, 888, 1021, 1021.2, 1021.3, 1040.13a, 1081, 1085, 1087, 1088, 1111 through 1116 or 1123 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
B.Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit access to any original document as provided by law.
