§ 12-3316 — Confidentiality of collaborative law communication.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF COLLABORATIVE LAW COMMUNICATION. A collaborative law communication is confidential to the extent agreed by the parties in a signed record or as provided by law of this state other than this act.
