A.Monies in the Dispute Resolution System Revolving Fund shall be allocated by the Director to eligible centers for dispute resolution programs authorized pursuant to the provisions of this act. B.
1.The Director shall determine the eligibility of a center for funding on the basis of an application submitted by the center.
2.The application for funding shall state: a. a description of the proposed community area of service; b. the cost of the principal components of operation; c. a description of available dispute resolution services and facilities within the defined geographic area; d. a description of the applicant's proposed program, by category and purpose, including evidence of community support, the present availability of resources, and the applicant's administrative capacity; e.
