§ 12-1350 — Execution of writ - Return and proceedings.
Oklahoma·Title 12 Civil Procedure
The officer shall execute the writ by bringing the person therein named before the court or judge; and the like return and proceedings shall be required and had as in case of writs of habeas corpus.
