(A)The owner of an amusement ride shall keep a manual, either in electronic or written form, for each of the owner's amusement rides that are subject to inspection in this state, if such manual exists and is obtainable.

(B)The owner shall make each manual required to be kept under division (A) of this section available upon request of the chief inspector or any additional inspector who is employed by the department of agriculture in accordance with division (D) of section993.04of the Revised Code.
