Text
(A)All money collected by the director of agriculture from fees and civil penalties under this chapter shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the commercial dog breeding fund, which is hereby created. The fund shall also consist of money appropriated to it.
(B)The director shall use the money in the fund for the purpose of administering this chapter and rules adopted under it.
