Text
All of the following are not required to obtain a license under this chapter or comply with any other requirements of this chapter and rules adopted under it:
(A)Medical kennels for dogs ;
(B)Research kennels for dogs ;
(C)Animal shelters for dogs that are operated by a municipal corporation or by a county under Chapter 955. of the Revised Code ;
(D)Animal shelters for dogs that are operated by a humane society;
(E)Veterinarians that provide clinical care and are not engaged in the practice of dog breeding.
