Text

(A)No person operating as a high volume breeder shall fail to comply with applicable standards established by the director of agriculture in rules adopted under section956.03of the Revised Code or with section956.031of the Revised Code.
(B)No person acting as or performing the functions of a dog broker shall fail to comply with applicable requirements established by the director in rules adopted under section956.03of the Revised Code.
(C)No person registered as an animal rescue for dogs under section956.06of the Revised Code shall sell a dog to a dog broker or pet store.
