Text
The attorney general, upon the request of the director of agriculture, may bring an action for injunction against a person who has violated or is violating this chapter or rules adopted under it. An action for injunction shall be filed in the appropriate court in the county in which the violation is alleged to have occurred. The court shall grant such injunctive relief upon a showing that the person against whom the action is brought has violated or is violating this chapter or rules adopted under it. The court shall give precedence to such an action over all other cases.
