Text

(A)The director of agriculture or his authorized representative may prosecute any violation of sections927.51to927.72, inclusive, of the Revised Code, in any court of competent jurisdiction.
(B)Upon request of the director, the prosecuting attorney of the county, or the prosecuting officer of any other political subdivision, in which any such prosecution is pending, shall aid in any investigation, prosecution, hearing, or trial had under sections927.51to927.73, inclusive, of the Revised Code, and shall institute and prosecute such actions or proceedings for the enforcement of such sections and the punishment of all violations thereof as the director may request.
